Where is my order?
The tracking number is not working
- If the product shipped from Amazon or NewEgg please contact Amazon's or NewEgg's customer service
- Please try the tracking number again in 24 hours. Tracking numbers will not show until the tracking number is scanned by the carrier.
- The carrier tracking system may be down and not showing properly.
The tracking says delivered but I don't have the product
- If the product shipped from Amazon or NewEgg please contact Amazon's or NewEgg's customer service
- Please look everywhere around your property.
- Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number explaining the product is not delivered or cannot be found.
- Please be patient and wait one more day for delivery. Many times products that show delivered appear the next couple of business days.
