Where is my order?

The tracking number is not working

  • If the product shipped from Amazon or NewEgg please contact Amazon's or NewEgg's customer service 
  • Please try the tracking number again in 24 hours.  Tracking numbers will not show until the tracking number is scanned by the carrier.  
  • The carrier tracking system may be down and not showing properly.

The tracking says delivered but I don't have the product

  • If the product shipped from Amazon or NewEgg please contact Amazon's or NewEgg's customer service
  • Please look everywhere around your property.  
  • Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number explaining the product is not delivered or cannot be found.
  • Please be patient and wait one more day for delivery.  Many times products that show delivered appear the next couple of business days.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
