I have questions about shipping

This information only applies to orders placed on SilverTicketProducts.com

When ordering from another website, please research the shipping information on that website.  This shipping information does not apply when orders are placed on another website.

Ground Shipping

Ground shipping is an estimated time.  Ground shipping is not guaranteed.  Late ground shipments do not qualify for refunds.   

Express Shipping

Express shipping is recommended when you need the product quickly and on a specific date.  Silver Ticket Products recommend choosing a method that will deliver one day before you need the product.  Many times express shipments are not guaranteed depending on the size and weight of the package.  Silver Ticket Products recommend checking the shipping service providers website about shipping guarantee's before spending the money on their services.  If the service provider does not offer a guaranteed refund for a late shipment, then the paid shipping fees will not be refunded.

Domestic Orders within the US

Shipping is free to orders over $99.00 that are shipped inside the continental US (the lower 48 states). Any orders under $99.00 will calculate shipping during the checkout process after the shipping address is entered.  

International Orders

To get an exact quote for shipping, go through the checkout process on silverticketproducts.com with your desired product(s). Be sure to change the country in the drop-down when entering your shipping address and click "Next". You will be given the exact shipping quote before having to pay.

Please be aware that shipping prices will go up depending on the package dimensions (see the product description of the item you are purchasing).

If you order straight from the Silver Ticket Products website, you have the option to send the screen anywhere in the world. We do not have any resellers anywhere outside the U.S. at this time. We are working on expanding our reach eventually, but presently we are able to save more for our customers by shipping from the U.S.

We primarily ship with FedEx. Travel times differ depending on where you are in relation to the United States. Shipments to Canada take from 2 to 3 days to deliver thanks to FedEx International.

International Duties and Taxes

Each country to which we ship charges a different rate for taxes and duties and each have distinct laws for collection. For this purpose, we are not able to cover the duties in the shipping quote. They will normally be brokered to you by the shipping company when the product enters the country.

In most cases, the duties and taxes are brokered by the carrier by default, which means they will pay for the duties and then ask you to supply recompensation. If you have a broker that you prefer to use, we will gladly use them if you contact our support and supply their contact information before you order. 

Depending on your country, you may need to pay for duties before the product enters the country. In which case, the shipping company will contact you.

Freight Shipping

Some items are too large to ship by ground or express and require to ship by freight.  Freight services may take longer to deliver the package.  When receive freight shipments, make sure to write any damage seen on the freight paperwork before signing.  Silver Ticket Products requires that the shipping paperwork has damage information recorded on it.  

No Rush Free Shipping

No rush free shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery date.   Items may take longer to deliver when No Rush shipping is selected.  Sometimes shipping will be delayed many days, up to 3 weeks when No Rush shipping is selected.  The shipment may show out for delivery for a few days before the product finally arrives.  If you are in a hurry to receive the product, please select a paid shipping option.  

Product Shipping

Standard package handling time is one business day or more.  When ordering overnight shipping, the product may ship the next business day.  Free shipping is equivalent to a home delivery or ground delivery service, but at times may be slower.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping if the product is rejected.  The refund of the product will be the total amount minus the return shipping charges.  

Freight shipments require a signature.  When signing the paperwork, the customer is agreeing that product was received in perfect condition and anything after the point of delivery is at the fault of the customer.  Any issues, scratches in the packaging, or damages to the packaging should cause the package and shipment to be rejected, or should be noted on the paperwork before signing to protect all parties. Freight shipments are very expensive, the customer should make sure the product is right for their application.  The customer will be responsible for return freight if the product is returned because the customer no longer wants the product or the wrong product was ordered.  The customers will be responsible for the return freight if the product is rejected when the product is in good quality and was not damaged by the freight company. https://www.silverticketproducts.com/pages/freight-shipments 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the screen was refused upon delivery or returned without reason or prior approval, shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.  When returning the item we recommend insuring the product.  

Lost Products During Shipping

Silver Ticket Products does not take responsibility for lost products & packages.  If something is lost during shipping the following steps are taken.  The shipping service provider will provide a trace number to refer to as the product is being searched for.  Many times a trace can last up to 7 or more days after the trace number is given.  If the shipping service provide cannot find and deliver the package then a claim will be filed.  At that time a refund for the product ordered will be given and the order will be closed.  A new order will need to be placed for new product to ship out.  If the lost product or package is found then it will be delivered to the customer.  This process may take 14 days after the trace confirmation is given.

Rejected Shipments / After a Shipment has left the warehouse

After a shipment leaves the warehouse it cannot be stopped or turned around by the shipping company.  The product must either be rejected or returned.  If the product is rejected the complete shipping fees will not be refunded from the order.  If the product is returned then it is the responsibility of the customer to return the package at the cost of the customer.  Silver Ticket Products does not pay for rejection or return shipping fees.  

Signature Required Shipments

Projection screens are expensive and expensive to ship.  Many time a signature will be required at the time of delivery.  The shipping company will not leave the package without receiving a signature from the customer.   If the customer is not available after a few delivery attempts, the product will be returned to Silver Ticket Products.   If the product is returned because the customer is not available for the signature then the complete shipping fees will not be refunded from the order. 

Lost or Stolen Products after delivery is complete

Missing products after they are delivered are not the fault of the shipping company or Silver Ticket Products.  If products are stolen or lost after the delivery is complete then please file a police report for stolen or lost products. Silver Ticket Products or the Shipping Company do not take responsibility for Lost or Stolen products after the delivery is complete.  Complete deliveries are either after the customer received the package, the package has been delivered and confirmed delivered to the correct property by the customer or the shipping company, the shipping company has taken an image of the product on the property, a signature has been received or any other confirmation by the customer, Silver Ticket Products or the shipping company.  Silver Ticket Products will request a signature for shipments at its own discretion.  

Will call warehouse product pickup & product returns

This service is unavailable.  Products may only ship from and ship to the warehouse.  The warehouse is a shared warehouse and does not allow the public to visit the warehouse.  All orders will only be shipped.  Any returns must be returned with an approved email, and shipped by an authorized shipping company - FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and large freight providers.  

Delayed Shipping

Silver Ticket Products does not take responsibility for delayed shipments.  Shipments will not be refunded or returned because of delayed shipment.  If carriers strike or delay shipment because of any reason, Silver Ticket Products does not take responsibility.  Products will not be refunded and will need to be delivered.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customers unless the carrier agrees to cover the return shipping.  Silver Ticket Products does not take responsibility for return shipping on delayed packages for any reason.  Refunds will not be given until the product is returned to Silver Ticket Products.  

Damaged Products from Shipping

Silver Ticket Products does not take responsibility for damaged shipments.  Products are shipped in packaging that will protect the product.  If a package is received with damage, you must inspect the package and send any pictures needed by Silver Ticket Products to Silver Ticket Products.  Silver Ticket Products may wish to send replacement parts instead of a whole new product and will do so at it's discretion.  Images are very important for the claim process with the carrier and will be required by Silver Ticket Products.  Silver Ticket Products will handle the claim of the product if it is damaged.  Contact Silver Ticket Products through the contact us button or by email support@silverticketproducts.com to send information about damaged products.
