Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping at Silver Ticket Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  All sales are final for clearance items, discounted items, Like New and Used acceptable items.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Items without the original packaging cannot be returned.  Please make sure to save your original packaging.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The seller has a right to refuse a return from a damaged or defective item when the item can be fixed by sending parts as a warranty. If the seller approves a return of an item that could have been fixed by the sending of a warranty part, the customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping and forfeit any shipping fees already paid by the customer.  

All products should be assembled and installed in an environmentally controlled room.  Any issues related to environment conditions changing are not the fault of the product.  Warranty and returns are not issued and accepted because the room is not completely environmentally controlled.  If the product is assembled in good condition and climate change interior or exterior causes issues to the product, this is not covered under warranty.  The room must be climate controlled to avoid any issues with the projection screen.  

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.  Please see special notes on LIKE NEW & USED ACCEPTABLE Clearance Screens.  Make sure the product you need is correct as all sales are final with Clearance screens.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All open-box items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Upon receiving the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Since shipping costs are non-refundable, you must pay the cost of return shipping.  Any parts missing or damaged will be deducted from the refund.  Take your time to package the product as you receive it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the product is undeliverable to the address provided, or the shipper is unable to deliver the shipment, then the shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded.  Silver Ticket Products does not pay for the return shipping.

If there is damage to the screen material or frames when inspected, a restocking fee of 50% may be deducted from the order refund.  Make sure to package the product as it was received to avoid any restocking fees. 

In some cases Silver Ticket Products may be able to provide a shipping label.  The amount of the shipping will not be refunded from the order if a label is provided by Silver Ticket Products.  In the return transit, if the product is lost the refund will not be given until the product is found by the shipping company or carrier and returned to Silver Ticket Products.  If the product is not found, then Silver Ticket Products will make a claim with the shipping company or carrier.  Once the claim is approved Silver Ticket Products will then refund the product minus the original shipping cost and any fees as quoted in the return communication emails.  The time frame for lost packages and claims vary per shipping company or carrier.  This process may take up to 30 business days.  

If choosing to ship the product back at your own cost.  Silver Ticket Products recommends insurance the package for the full value of the product.  Products will not be refunded until they are received and inspected by Silver Ticket Products.  All fees pertaining to the return quality will be deducted from the original order.  If the product is lost, you must file a claim with the shipping company or carrier and no refund will be given.

Samples - All material sample sales are final, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given.  This includes all material samples including ALR Material Sample, DIYUST Material Sample, Eclipse UST Material Sample, Flare UST Material Sample, Material Sample Kit for STR, STC, STT & S7 Series Fixed Screens and the UST Material Sample.   This also includes any other samples or sample kits sold on


You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the screen was refused upon delivery or returned without reason or prior approval, complete shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.  When returning the item we recommend insuring the product.  

Will call warehouse product pickup & product returns

This service is unavailable.  Products may only ship from and ship to the warehouse.  The warehouse is a shared warehouse and does not allow the public to visit the warehouse.  All orders will only be shipped.  Any returns must be returned with an approved email, and shipped by an authorized shipping company - FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and large freight providers.  

How to Return Your Item

To return an item purchased through an authorized retailer, please follow their respective return procedure.  Products may only be returned through the channel it was purchased through.  Silver Ticket Products does not accept direct returns from any sales channel but  Products purchased on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any other marketplace must be returned through that original marketplace.

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days or 1 week from the approved return date.  An additional 15% restocking fee will be added to returns shipped past the approved date.  


We cannot facilitate a direct product exchange. If you ordered the wrong product, you must return the one you have (subject to the return policy above) and then submit another order from the online store for the new product.  

Original Packaging 

Please keep all of the original packaging.  Products without all of the original packaging cannot be returned.  No exceptions will be given.  Products may not be returned in another products packaging, only all of the packaging it was originally received in.
