Are you planning on using PASSIVE 3D?
Passive 3D is when the lens on your projector makes the image 3D, which allows the glasses to be non-electric. RealD 3D, like in commercial theaters, uses passive 3D. If your glasses require batteries, then you are using ACTIVE 3D, not passive 3D.
