Purchasing

Items purchases usually will ship the next business day after ordering.  Sometimes items will be delayed.  If an item is received with issues, the parts of the item with issues will be sent out for warranty.   If the whole item is required by the customer to be warrantied.  Then the whole item must be returned before a 2nd item is shipped.  Or, the customer may purchase a second item to be shipped and the 1st item will be refunded when returned.  

Silver Ticket Products does not warranty installation or pay for installation fees.  

All products should be assembled and installed in an environmentally controlled room.  Any issues related to environment conditions changing are not the fault of the product.  Warranty and returns are not issued and accepted because the room is not completely environmentally controlled.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days or 1 week from the approved return date.  An additional 15% restocking fee will be added to returns shipped past the approved date.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All open-box items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Upon receiving the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Since shipping costs are non-refundable, you must pay the cost of return shipping.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Item

To return an item purchased through an authorized retailer, please follow their respective return procedure.

To return an item that was purchased through our online webstore, please visit our Support Page and follow the instructions. You can also contact us directly at info@silverticketproducts.com if you have any questions.
