How do I return or exchange my product?

Silver Ticket Products can be found in many different online marketplaces including Amazon.com, ebay.com, Newegg.com, and our own web store.  Products received over 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.

3rd Party Fulfilled Items: (Amazon, Newegg, eBay or Other)

  • Your product(s) will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the marketplace the product(s) were purchased from.
  • Contact the 3rd party marketplace directly to start the return/exchange process.

Silver Ticket Product Direct Items: (purchased on the Silver Ticket Web Store)

  • Only applicable to manufacturer-fulfilled products shipping from our warehouses (all items purchased on http://silverticketproducts.com/store and select items from Amazon.com and other online marketplaces).
  • Contact us at support@silverticketproducts.com and provide
        1.  Your order number
        2.  Why you would like to return or exchange your item

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days or 1 week from the approved return date.  An additional 15% restocking fee will be added to returns shipped past the approved date. 

All products should be assembled and installed in an environmentally controlled room.  Any issues related to environment conditions changing are not the fault of the product.  Warranty and returns are not issued and accepted because the room is not completely environmentally controlled.
